I am an Australian living in the United States and I love meat pies! I wanted to bring this unique and iconic experience to the people in America! My pies follow a strict and authentic recipe and baking process. The fillings are made with quality ingredients, everything is handmade and the flavors are exactly like what you would find in pies from any good Australian bakery. Some varieties of my pi

es like Spicy Taco with Jalapenos and Mexican Cheese, and Buffalo Chicken with Celery are an American twist on the typical Beef & Cheese and Pepper Steak, but the experience is equal among all my pies! Fresh is best but you can also freeze them up to a year with negligible difference in quality. Kids love them, and adults male and female always come back for more. This is a real passion for me, so I'll keep the prices low and the quality high! They are only like an American pot pie in shape, but the filling is less runny, more meaty, with thick gravy. The combination of pie crust for the base and flaky pastry for the lid, means you can eat them by hand without fuss.

These are my personal favorite pies and feature taco-flavored beef filling, with a layer of pickled jalapenos, a layer of Mexican Cheese, and topped with a puff pastry lid. First in, first served!
