Fresh is best but you can also freeze them up to a year with negligible difference in quality. Kids love them, and adults male and female always come back for more. This is a real passion for me, so I'll keep the prices low and the quality high! They are only like an American pot pie in shape, but the filling is less runny, more meaty, with thick gravy. The combination of pie crust for the base and flaky pastry for the lid, means you can eat them by hand without fuss.
