Hello, I'm Joe L’Heureux, the proud owner of Joe's Juice Bus right here in Ketchum, Idaho. My health journey began early, growing up as a military brat in Africa exposed me to real, unprocessed foods. The passion for healthy, o

rganic food stuck with me, and it became a driving force in my life.

💡 The Spark:
The spark was ignited during my childhood in Morocco when I tasted fresh-pressed orange and pomegranate juice from a local vendor. Since then, I've worked in various juice bars, conducted extensive nutritional research, and embraced an invigorating lifestyle since the early ‘90s.

🍏 Joe's Juice Journey:
Overcoming personal health issues through mindful eating, I founded Joe's Juice in Defiance, OH, during the pandemic. The goal was simple - to offer a healthy alternative to NW Ohio. Juicing became the focal point, providing a tasty and easy way to consume daily allowances of fresh, organic, raw vegetables, and fruits in one cup.

At Joe's Juice, each cup is a result of passion and dedication. 2+ pounds of produce, combined with care and attention, create a concoction filled with phytonutrients, enzymes, vitamins, and minerals. Our cold-pressed method retains more nutritional content, lasting up to 3 days refrigerated.

☀️ Sustainability at its Core:
The JOE’S JUICE bus isn't your typical fast food truck. I spent 4.5 months converting a school bus into a mobile juice haven, powered by clean, abundant solar energy. No generators, just organic, cold-pressed juices served sustainably.

Catch Joe's Juice bus at the Ketchum and Hailey farmer’s markets, various local events, and festivals. Operating from 268 Northwood Way in Ketchum with limited hours for pickup. Available for special public and private events, and open to unique juice and cleanse requests.
