At Half Shell Raw Bar, we’re proud to partner with the City of Key West -- Government and Everglades Oysters to recycle roughly three tons of oyster shells each month. Once collected, the shells are transported to the mainland for curing and beneficial reuse, helping support our local environment one shell at a time.

Join us for fresh oysters and be part of a more sustainable future in the Keys. Stop by, grab a seat, and raise a shell to oyster recycling. 🌊
