WE ARE HIRING!!! - We're looking for an experience Head Baker to join our team on a temporary project basis to help us take our bakery to the next level.

What You'll Be Doing:
-Lead daily bakery operation while maintaining exceptional product quality.
-Assess current bakery operations from production through packaging.
-Evaluate recipes, consistency, food quality, and production methods.
-Recommend improvements for workflow, organization, equipment usage, and scheduling.
-Develop or refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and production standards.
-Train, coach, and mentor bakery staff using best practices.
-Help establish inventory controls to minimize waste and improve profitability.
-Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.
-Create systems that improve consistency, communication, and efficiency.
-Work closely with ownership to provide recommendations and an action plan for continued success.
What We're Looking For:
-5+ years of professional baking experience.
-Previous experience as a Head Baker, Executive Baker or Production Baker.
-Strong knowledge of breads, pastries, cakes, and commercial bakery production.
-Experience in improving bakery operations and training teams.
-Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
-Ability to identify operational challenges and implement practical solutions.
-Positive attitude with a hands-on leadership style
-Passion for quality, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Bonus Points If You Have!
-Experience opening or reorganizing a bakery.
-Knowledge of inventory management and food cost controls.
-Experience writing SOPs or implementing production systems.
