We haven’t seen much interest in an outright purchase, so we’re offering a unique opportunity for a business-minded operator, sous chef, or chef who may not have startup capital.

You would take over the trailer and run it on your own schedule; work when you want, earn what you want. There is strong earning potential, especially through events.

The structure is simple:

•$1,100/month base payment
•Plus operating costs (accounting, etc.) and credit card processing fees
•Everything else you earn is yours

We retain ownership of the title and licenses, but you operate the business at no upfront cost, essentially giving you the chance to be your own boss without the initial investment.

Requirements:

•Must have a vehicle (F-150 or equivalent) capable of towing ~7,000 lbs

Equity opportunity:

•After 1 year: 9% ownership transferred to you
•Additional 5% each year after
•Up to a maximum of 25% ownership
