On January 22nd, our restaurant and bar suffered a devastating fire. These past few weeks have been incredibly tough, but the amount of love and support we’ve received from this community has meant everything to us. Thank you to everyone who has reached out, shared kind words, checked in, and continued to stand behind us.
The rebuild is officially underway and the crews working on the building are absolutely crushing it. We’ve attached progress photos so you can see how far things have already come. If everything continues on schedule, our current estimated reopening timeline is 2–4 months, and we’ll keep everyone updated every step of the way.
We also want to address the GoFundMe that was started by one of our amazing employee Kendall Knotts! While we are fortunate to have insurance for the building and equipment, the funds raised will go directly to our staff who lost their jobs and income because of the fire. If you’ve donated or shared it, thank you from the bottom of our hearts. If not, your support, patience, and encouragement are more than enough.
From the very beginning, when we first opened our doors, we had big dreams of creating something special — not just a place to eat and drink, but a place where friends, family, and the entire community could come together, make memories, and feel at home.
Me (Garrett Crites) and my business partner Jordan Glotfelty are beyond grateful for the support. We have always looked at this place as more than a business — it’s a gathering place for our community, our friends, and our families. That hasn’t changed. If anything, this has made us more motivated than ever to rebuild, come back stronger, and continue serving the great town of Keyser and the surrounding areas with the food, atmosphere, and hospitality you deserve.
This place means everything to us, and so do the people in it. We will not give up. We’ll be back, and when we reopen, it’s going to be better than ever.
