Dumb Complaint of the Day:

A customer called upset because she said her food was delivered "on a paper plate," while her coworkers' meals came in plastic boxes.
Here's the funny part... we don't even have paper plates.

She ordered a 4-piece chicken dinner, which is packaged in our white cardboard chicken box because, believe it or not, a 4-piece dinner doesn't fit in our plastic containers. The two sides are packed separately in small containers.

Her coworkers ordered smaller meals (a 2-piece dinner and a breast meal), which do fit in our plastic dinner boxes with their single side.

So no, we didn't randomly decide to package one meal differently just for fun, and no, nothing was served on a paper plate.

She said she was bringing the food back.

That's perfectly fine, ma'am. We'll still be here... without any paper plates.
