Ham -2 re-heat options
When you get home with your ham hot, slice (or pull) meat to preferred serving portion, pour juice (supplied) over ham and cover tightly in aluminum pan and place in refrigerator. When ready to serve, put in 275-300° approx 45 minutes or leave ham on bone and the day you are ready to serve ham, place in a pan and pour juice (supplied) in pan, tightly cover with foil. Place in 300 degree oven for approximately 2-3 hours or to desired temp.

The ham has been smoked and safe to eat at any temperature. Ideal serving temp is 140°.

Turkey-
Preheat oven to 300. Cover bottom of pan with broth and place turkey in the pan.
Tightly cover pan with foil and heat for 45 minutes. The Turkey has been smoked and safe to eat at any temperature. Ideal serving temp 165
