Starting Pay Rate: $12.00/hour

Description: Position will be responsible for various steps of the production process. Including but not limited to working on manufacturing line, applying various toppings and fillings for doughnuts, boxing end products, counting and sorting orders.

Production associate will be responsible for:
• making doughnuts, icings, fillings, and reading production reports
• monitoring and addressing any needs during processing that will assist in overall efficiency of the work environment.
• packaging doughnuts on production line, separating orders, boxing orders, processing doughnuts
• unloading/loading trucks, stocking raw materials
• daily cleaning

Other Requirements:
• Ability to work on weekends and most holidays
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Work in a small team environment
• Maintain a positive attitude
• Keep a clean working environmentn
• Work in a fast-paced setting

Position will assist with Delivery engaging in activities including but not limited to:

Loading product into delivery vehicle at various hours of the morning (anywhere from 3:30am to 6am)
Delivering to the stores in a timely & efficient manner
Cleaning displays, placing orders for stores, monitoring sales
Engaging in friendly communication with customers
Tracking mileage, gas receipts, and required maintenance on vehicles
Delivering Special Orders to Schools/Churches/Other Organizations
Counting/Separating/Routing Customer Orders
Loading Customer Orders onto trucks

Additional requirements for this position include:

Have a clean driving record and an F endorsement
Have no problem lifting 50 #'s and managing bread/bakery trays
Counting/Separating Orders in a timely/efficient manner
Must be able to count and accomplish basic math (addition and subtraction) with accuracy and attention to detail.

P/T In-Office Position with heavy emphasis on Retail Customer Service. This position is for Full time hours, but only part of the time will be spent completing office work. Must be friendly and positive with a desire to be helpful and organized and very attentive to detail. Must feel comfortable speaking with clients on the phone and in person, as well as taking orders at Retail Drive Through. Will be on call to fill in for numerous retail positions if needed (hours could vary anywhere from 5am until we close at 6pm). Days assisting with office duties will vary as needed depending on Production.

We are primarily food manufacturing, and therefore are producing 7 days per week. Ability to work on weekends and holidays is a requirement for hire.

Assist as needed with day-to-day office activities including but not limited to:
- Answering phone & emails
- Calling customers
- Order tracking, creating invoices, sorting orders
- Heavy emphasis on using Excel and Microsoft Programs
- Taking orders and educating clients on our products and programs
- Pulling daily/weekly/monthly reports including statements
- Handling/counting money and using a point of sale register system

Exemplify and maintain a positive customer service attitude, and positively represent our company. Duties include but are not limited to:
- Attending to customers in our Retail/Drive-Thru
- Answering questions about our products/company/fundraising options and educating our potential clients
- Training new team members
- Learning how to create/box/count orders throughout Production process.
