Spring has sprung, and we are working on our Spring menu! Springtime features more complete meals, like the chicken pot pies or shepherd’s pies. Is there any sort of savory pie, casserole, pasta, or bake you’d be interested in seeing us carry? I’m trying to get some ideas of the next products to add!

Did you know it's National Soup Month? Sounds like a great month to me! Since it's National Soup Month, we will be taking small-batch order requests. So you're craving a soup I don't have listed? Send me a message, and we'll see if I can make it for you! Custom soup orders usually have a minimum order quantity of a gallon, but for January I'm cutting that in half. Custom orders can now be made at the half-gallon size, that's only 4 containers. Take advantage of this opportunity to snuggle up on a cold day with your favorite soup!

As a small business owner, there are lots of numbers, statistics, and figures always flying around. But I wanted to take a minute to talk about the statistic I'm most proud of.

Though Sam's Kitchen is only two years old, I have been working in the commercial culinary world for 17 years. And I have never had a cross-contamination with allergens or given someone food poisoning. 0% of my customers have had to deal with improper ingredient lists, cross-contaminations, and food-borne illnesses.

I am proud of that number. It's not easy to have a 0% rate. It takes constant attention to temperatures, cleanliness, quality of ingredients, and allergens. When you place an order with Sam's Kitchen, you can rest assured that your food has been prepared not only with love, but with great care.

Many of my food items are already allergen-free, and they are listed accordingly. However, I cannot meet all special diet needs unless I know them. I do special-diet versions of my food by the batch. For soups, that's a gallon at a time. The normal price for a gallon is $56.

I love doing special diet work - it gives me great joy to allow people to savor delicious food, no matter what their diet requires. So for the rest of the month of November, I will be offering special-diet versions of my soup at the discounted rate of $48 per gallon, that's a 25% discount! First-time customers are welcome! Give me a challenge, and let me delight you

Attention Butternut Squash lovers!! Butternut Squash soup was the worst-performing item in the 2023-2024 season, so it will be permanently leaving our menu, effective immediately. However, we have made one last big batch that is available beginning tomorrow! Orders will be filled on a first-confirmed, first-served basis. Message now to order!

We are proud to announce that we will be partnering with Church Hill Medical Mission to provide meals to their volunteers who are offering many things, including medical care, for the victims of hurricane Helene! We will be catering dinner for these volunteers most nights of the week while the recovery is ongoing. And we could use your support.

We are committed to 1:1 giving. Meaning, for each purchase you make (each individual product), we will be providing a meal to volunteers at no cost. A minimum of 100 meals will be donated, and there is no maximum. Message to order now!
