Today is a bittersweet day at Betty's Stockyard Cafe. ❤️
After 3 wonderful years with our Betty's crew, we're saying "see you later" to our sweet Vicki.
Vicki, thank you for everything you've done for our little cafe. From the early mornings and busy lunch rushes to the catering jobs, you've always been someone we could count on. You've shared your hard work, kindness, laughter, and love with all of us, and you've become more than a coworker—you've become family.
The memories we've made together will always have a special place in our hearts. We will truly miss your smile, your friendship, and all the laughs we've shared along the way.
While we're sad to see you go, we're so excited for you as you begin your new journey at West Ridge High School Cafeteria. We know you'll be such a blessing there, just as you've been to all of us.
Thank you for being part of the Betty's family. We love you, we're proud of you, and we wish you nothing but happiness and success in this next chapter.

Have you ever looked at your current situation and wondered, "God, are You doing anything at all?"

When a seed is buried in the ground, it looks lifeless before it ever pops through the top of the soil. But underneath the surface, there is so much happening. Roots are starting to sprout, and nutrients are being stored up. Growth is happening where no one can see it!

Maybe that's where you are right now. You might not see the answer to your prayer, or you don't feel like you've made any progress. It can be easy to wonder if God has forgotten you. But what if He's doing His greatest work beneath the surface, in your heart?

God often changes US before He changes our circumstances. He's building your faith, shaping your character, and preparing you for what comes next, even when nothing around you seems different.

Just because you can't see it doesn't mean He isn't working. 🙏
