We purchase only the highest of the specialty grade, green coffee beans from all over the world. Our roasting is done in small batches, allowing us to showcase the coffee's individual profile. In this way, the customer can appreciate the unique characteristics inherent in each coffee-growing region, similar to the diversity of fine wines. Here it is about the bean, not the blend. Our selection of
specialty-grade coffees is subject to change, based upon the availability and fluctuation in crop quality from year to year. However, you will always find that we offer a wide selection of coffee beans that cover all growing regions, including coffees that are Certified Rainforest Alliance, Shade Grown, Single Estate, Fair Trade, and/or Sustainable. Check in during the holidays for our special roasts of Hawaiian Kona and Jamaican Blue Mountain! We have a full-service coffee bar offering expertly prepared coffee and espresso drinks. Each day, we have four different coffees brewed, or we are happy to do a pour-over, french press, or Chemex of any variety currently available. In addition there are fresh, locally-produced cakes and pastries—all served in a relaxed, friendly coffee house atmosphere. Outside of our storefront location, we have wholesale customers serving and selling our coffee in markets and restaurants throughout upstate New York - Phoenicia, Woodstock, Saugerties, Kingston, Marlboro, Stone Ridge, New Paltz, and Beacon.
