At just 22 years old, our Head Chef, Andrew Myers, is an accomplished cook (and former baseball coach!) who takes his role at the helm seriously 💪

While making pizzas, buns, pastas, and salads was a change in pace from Andrew's previous experience in Mexican cuisine, Andrew gleans information from everyone around him, and continues to learn advanced techniques and tips from Master Pizzaiolo, Chef Will.

From his coaching experience, he understands that building a team who is passionate and kind is paramount to running a successful operation, and is proud of how driven SDW staff is.

"It's about the experience as a whole," Andrew said, "Not just the food. People travel from all over the country to eat here, and even internationally, from Italy, and our goal is to give them the best dining experience we possibly can. And that starts with the team."
