🥃 Whiskey Wednesday is cleared for takeoff. ✈️

This week, the Whiskey Wednesday crew is sipping The Flight Risk from our limited time featured The Distillarium cocktail menu.

Crafted with The Distillarium Iron Talon Straight Bourbon Whiskey, Aperol, Amaro Averna, and fresh lemon, this cocktail strikes a beautiful balance. The bitterness is there—but never overwhelming—while the earthy, herbal character of the Amaro Averna rounds everything out into a smooth, layered sip.

Built on Iron Talon Bourbon, a five-year, small-batch bourbon distilled in Yakima, Washington, you'll find notes of rich coffee, warm oak spice, aged to***co, and leather that give this cocktail its bold foundation.

One thing we've all agreed on? Every cocktail in this Distillarium series has impressed us. Each one brings something unique to the table, and The Flight Risk is no exception.

🍓 Our June Shake of the Month is leaving soooon. 🥲

We blended fresh strawberries and rich mascarpone with creamy soft serve, then finished it off with whipped cream and a strawberry drizzle. Summer in dessert form! ☀️
