Our custom order policies😊

1) A minimum of seven days notice is required. If we are already booked up for that day we will refuse the order.

2) We need a name of the person picking up and pickup time for your order. We will only release the order to the person(s) we are told will be picking it up. Photo ID may be required. You can always update us with any necessary changes.

3) We reserve the right to request a deposit.

4) Failure to pick up your order or, to contact us within 12 hours of your pick up time, that you aren't going to pickup will result in us selling the item to other customers. We reserve the right to refuse future orders or require payment at time of order placement.

5) You may place orders via Facebook Messenger, phone, or in person. Only Tari is authorized to accept orders or changes made to any order.

6) Cupcakes, cookies and other items have a minimum order requirement.

7) When placing an order, you will be asked what date and time you will be picking up and who will be picking up. A pickup time and date is required of ALL orders. We do not accept "open orders" . Open orders are ones where a customers says they want it "whenever" and pick up "whenever you want". These orders are typically forgotten and not paid for.

8) Cancelation of an order requires 48 hours notice. If less than a 48 hour notice is given, you may be billed 50% or more of the items price.

9) Orders can only be canceled by the party that placed the order. If you are canceling the order over Messenger, a photo ID needs to accompany the cancelation as well as a statement that clearly states you are canceling the order.

10) Any order placed on line (via Messenger) will receive a copy of this Custome Order Policy. You must acknowledge receipt of the policy, and that you accept the terms before your order will be considered accepted and placed on the calendar.

11) Simply mentioning you will be needing an order is not a guarantee. You must actively provide details in order for the item to be placed on the schedule.

12) Orders scheduled for pickup outside of regular business hours may require a 50% non-refundable deposit.
