The last few weeks have been an absolute blur. this is the view from saint Michael’s medical center in silverdale. just looking at this picture sends shivers down my spine.
As i have shared previously my mom is fighting stage 4 pancreatic and liver cancer. she is extremely young (41) and has the rest of her life ahead of her.
In April my mom had 2 strokes which landed her in the hospital for 11 days straight.
she is SUCH a fighter. as her care becomes more extensive over the next couple of months the trailer is our absolute last priority. my step dad has been amazing and helped me with all of the renovations this far, but right now caring for my mom and making sure she has everything she needs is everyone’s top priority.
I’ve waited as long as humanly possible to share this here because it feels too heavy to just make a post about.
that being said the bremerton farmers market has been AMAZING to work with and i’ve shared with them that the trailer will not be done until later into the season. So i won’t be attending opening market day as a vendor but I am hoping to make it there as a spectator 💓
Thank you for your support and excitement around the trailer it means everything to me and i’m so excited for the day i get to open and say “I DID THAT!”
health and family come first, always. ❤️
I’ll hopefully see you later this summer i’ll continue to keep you all updated.
