Bigos is back on our menu as a frozen dinner option to go as well as as special for this week. Bigos is Polish Traditional Hunters Stew cooked with slow simmered Pork Butt, Beef, Kielbasa, Bacon, Cabbage, Carrot, Onion and Mushrooms. Hunters Stew it's a popular winter dish and perfect option for lunch/dinner. In my mom's recipe this Bigos have Polish Seasonings and it's a MUST TRY Polish Traditional dish 😋
