Dear friends,

This is one of the hardest decisions for me to make: I'm closing my food truck business permanently.

It was a tough year for my family, as my kids saw me working everyday and only spending little time with them. It's been hard on me to isolate myself from everything else but work.

The last 4 years have been a success because of all your love, your patience, and your support.

I'm so thankful and appreciate all of this time with you. Missing seeing you all is one of the hardest parts to make this decision.

This herb is called Tía Tô in Vietnamese.
And it is known as Shiso in English.

We use Tía Tô in spring rolls and noodle salad in Vietnam along with mint, Basil and many other kinds of herbs for amazing layers of flavors.

And I'm going to add Tía Tô in the rolls and bowls today so you better hurry up.
