Brand new menu we’re really excited for! This week features an Appalachian themed menu with 3 all new specials showcasing native ingredients and traditional recipes from our region! Come see us down at Trailhead all week. The menu will be here til Saturday with Sunday being our luau! (Food truck itself closed Sunday)

It’s back!! Our famous Italian beef sandwich is here for the week along with some other Italian infused specials. It’s also peak cherry season which means we’ve gotta bring back our keep calm and cherry on burger!

We also have Parmesan garlic fries back on the menu as well as more featured sides to choose from! The potato salad will most likely sell out tonight and we’ll be switching to pasta salad once that happens. Stop by Trailhead this week and see us!

New menu this week, and I’ve gotta tell you we outdid ourselves on this one! This authentic southern menu features all new specials like our brand new smoked bologna sandwich piled high with southern slaw and a zesty chow chow relish. If you’re not a bologna fan, we promise this will convert you! We’ve also got an absolutely incredible jambalaya made with stock from the Trailhead crawfish boil earlier this month!

Keep an eye out for some more surprise specials this week and be sure to get your luau tickets!

Join us Sunday, June 14 from 4–7 PM for an all-you-can-eat Hawaiian Luau with El Gato Peligroso sponsored by Creature Comforts Brewing!

It’s Island time down at trailhead this week with an all new Hawaiian menu featuring 4 brand new dishes! The first features a spam musubi inspired smashburger with a crazy sticky rice crisp. We’ve also got authentic huli huli chicken tacos and a teriyaki mushroom taco made with fresh blue oysters from our friends at ! Finally: no Hawaiian menu is complete without Mac salad, a quintessential island staple!
