HOLIDAY HOURS, CATERING, CANDY CANE CHALLENGE, & CONGRATS TO THE GRADS!!! 🎄🪔☕️🍥🎓🧡

Happy happy holidays, everyone! We will be closed Sunday, December 15th through Thursday, January 2nd.

We can cater your event though, even during this time (with limited exceptions)! We offer coffee, pastries, savory snacks, and brunch options. Call us or email info@knoxcoffeeunderground to set up your order.

The Candy Cane Challenge will wrap up today and the result and winner will be announced via Instagram post next Friday, December 20th! If you haven’t made your guess it’s not too late! Thanks to for partnering with us again this year on the challenge.

Lastly, so many congrats to all the grads!!! 🎓🎉 We will miss you!

Have felt so much love this month. Students have been making things for the shop and gifting things to me and I’m SO grateful. Here’s some of it.

Moira and Mia, students in a sustainability course, built a flower bed with native plants that absolutely brighten up our storefront. 🌻🌸🌼

Anika made an adorable whale w a mustache out of clay 🐳🥸

Timoda 3D printed awesome little snowflakes for us ❄️

Pablo made oragami birds (these aren’t new but I love them) 🐦🕊️

Anna made these awesome “zines” (way cooler than magazines) abt birds n conservation (more birds!) 🦅

Holy moly, Jailene gave me two tickets to UT/UTEP w sideline passes! 🎟️🏈🤯

And while I was there I got hugs from my girl Emma n her buddies and the UTK Elf 😊

I love the folks that come into our shop. Thank you for being such an awesome community. It means so much.

Hey friends, we’ve got an impromptu performance by Ava Tignor and Cassidy Forras happening this Wednesday from 5-6pm!

I met Ava at the last open mic where she did an incredible performance. Can’t wait to hear these two! Join us!!!
