Bama’s in town tomorrow, and Market Square is going to be loud. 🧡

Third Saturday in October means checkerboard everything, chicken & waffles before the walk to Neyland, and Market Square in orange by 9 AM.

Tables are already filling up. Reserve at cafe4knoxville.com, or come early and grab a patio seat. Pups in orange are welcome.

Melty cheddar, a toasted brioche bun, and a basket of fries on the patio with a view of Market Square.🤍

Some lunches don’t need a reason. This is one of them.

Cooler mornings, fresh finds, and Vols on the road.🧡

Start your Saturday at the Market Square Farmers Market Nourish Knoxville’s Farmers Markets, open 9am to 1pm, then settle in with us right on the middle of the fun. Sweater weather, good food, and game day spirit. It doesn’t get much more Knoxville than that.

Go Vols!

Last call, Knoxville 🌱 The Vegan Chef Challenge wraps up tomorrow, September 30th! And you are going to want to try all three dishes!

Grab a seat on the patio, try it before it’s gone, then vote for us at veganchefchallenge.org/knoxville🤍

One week left, and we saved room for all three. Our Vegan Chef Challenge menu is here through September 30th!🤍

Chicken Fried Mushrooms: crispy, golden, and every bit the Southern comfort plate you’d expect from us
Bayou “Burger”: a plant-based take on Cajun and Creole flavor, with some heat
Death By Chocolate: rich enough that nobody at the table will ask whether it’s vegan

Bring the friend who swears they’d never order vegan. Grab a patio seat on Market Square, try all three, and tell us which one wins.

Happy first day of fall from Market Square🍁🍂

Where the calendar says autumn and the thermometer says otherwise. We’ll take it patio’s open, the dogs are out in full force, and honestly, an iced coffee still hits just right out here. If you haven’t grabbed a table yet this season, today’s as good a day as any.
