Hope y’all are having a great weekend

So most of you know that I tried something a little different last Friday due to sketchy weather. That being said it was the most stress free day I’ve had serving food in many years🤣🤣🤣

We are going to explore the same thing on Wednesdays (Tailgate Day!) for a little while to see how it goes. See below

Wednesday (Tailgate Day!)
I will not be bringing the cart. I will only be serving Pulled Pork Sandwiches and Pork by the pound (I will bring a lot more but that doesn’t mean I won’t sell out) You can order them With or Without Slaw OR “McRib” Style with Pickles and Onions. Chips and Drinks will be available as well

Fridays (Cart Day!)
Pulled Pork, Tater Bowls and Hot Dawgs

We will also use the Cart for events and caterings.

Also, Yes I am working on another side job but I’m not “retiring” just yet so, if I am having a bad day I may tell you I’m going to drive the cart into the river….🤣🤣🤣🤣 don’t worry I’m not serious

We will be in Sneedville on Wednesday and Friday this week. Looks like some rain so we may have to adjust our setup times but I’ll let you know.

Alright y’all we’ll be downtown tomorrow to see how it goes. I have a feeling it’s gonna be a slow week so it may be our only day downtown.

I’ve changed up the special for tomorrow to-
“McRib” sandwich with a pork cutlet, pickles and onions and sauce.

So come on down and sweat with us tomorrow! (Come on now y’all know most of you work in the AC all day! 🤣🤣🤣🤣)

I finally got some more of our sugar free lemonade back in stock.
