This tasty World Cup starter uses our house sourdough, shrimp, pickled red onions, carrot & cucumber ribbons, a brilliant lemon-dill creme fresh, and lemon zest!

The match will be televised at Fork & Fable!

WHAT A DAY! World Cup 2026 officially kicks off today and so does our daily feature schedule of participating countries!

First up is host nation, MEXICO!

Our take on this traditional Mexican dish uses three deep-fried corn masa discs filled with a choice of mojo pork or chicken tinga, refried black beans, shredded lettuce, pico de gallo, cotija cheese, cilantro-lime creme and comes with a side of yellow corn tortilla chips and our house-made salsa verde!

Next up: Monday’s Vegan Voyage on June 15 with a surprise country!

Tournament starts at 2pm today with Mexico and South Africa!

THE WORLD COMES TO FORK & FABLE!

The biggest tournament in the world is here, and we're celebrating the only way we know how, with inspired food!

On June 11th, we're kicking off our World Cup Football Features series with a host nation, Mexico! Every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday throughout the tournament, our wonderful team will showcase a unique food feature from a participating country, bringing flavors from around the world to your table!

From Mexico to Japan to Germany to Korea and beyond! Each week will feature new destinations, new dishes, and new reasons to gather with friends and fellow football Forkers for match day!

What about the Vegan Voyage you ask?!

The Captain is also chasing World Cup dreams and will be delivering a surprise country on Mondays throughout the tournament!

The Captain crafts this classic sandwich using a Fayze’s croissant, lettuce, tomato, HML bacon strips, and our house-made chimichurri aioli! We are also running a special on certain desserts for all our sweet teeth out there! New dessert menu coming very soon!
