The Root Note Brewery

The Root Note Brewery Small-Batch American Farmhouse Ales We're building a small brewery in the basement of the Root Note Cafe.

We will be brewing 1 BBL batches of American Farmhouse Ales - saisons, table beers, ambers, farmhouse IPA, Brettanomyces beers, barrel-aged beers... We take inspiration from traditional farmhouse brewery's in Europe while embracing the American craft beer community. We look forward to building relationships with local farms and farmers to source grain, hops, honey, berries, and more to create beers that express their agricultural origin.
