🔥 **Five Years of Smoking & Still Going Strong!** 🔥

We know we spend a lot of time at the smoker—after all, it’s the cooking method that started this whole adventure! But today, we wanted to share some stats from our five-year journey.

Since day one, we’ve loved experimenting—cheese, seafood, snacks, spins on classics—you name it, we’ve tried it. Smoking food has become our favorite way to play with flavors while feeding a crowd.

✅ **Over 250 pork butts**
✅ **100+ briskets**
✅ **500+ hours logged on the smokers**

From the first brisket to the latest batch of smoked snacks, it’s been a fun ride full of flavor, learning, and smoky goodness. We’re excited for what’s ahead and can’t wait to keep the fire burning! 🔥💨

What an incredible night celebrating Brennans Bay’s 25th Anniversary! 🎉 North Country Events had the honor of catering this milestone event, serving over 350 guests with a stunning spread—delicious appetizers, four buffet lines, fresh-cooked food, and two impressive carving stations. It was no small feat, but our team rose to the occasion and delivered an unforgettable experience.

We’re beyond proud of what we accomplished and deeply grateful to Brennans Bay for trusting us to be a part of this special celebration. Here’s to 25 amazing years—and many more to come! 🥂

🌟 What a weekend! 🌟

We’ve been busy! Here’s a glimpse of what we did:

-Smoked 16 pork butts for the Oswego County Fair—talk about a lot of meat!

-Catered a graduation party for around 60 guests with a Saturday drop-off.

-Pulled off our largest event to date at Windmill Acres with 230 guests, celebrating their milestone with a toast!

Reflecting on the weekend:

-Feeding this many people in one weekend seemed daunting, but we nailed it!

-We loved getting a sneak peek at the bride before her big reveal—such a special moment.

-Huge thanks to our amazing team, the venues, and our clients. You made it all possible!

-And the highlight? Getting a hug from my kid at the end of the night. Priceless and needed!

It was a pleasure collaborating with Julia and Ian to bring their dream wedding to life. Their meticulous planning and creativity, along with the family's transformation of their property, resulted in a truly unforgettable celebration. We especially appreciated their trust in us as we pushed culinary boundaries with the menu design. We extend our heartfelt congratulations to the happy couple and wish them all the best for their future together.

We kicked off the at Windmill Acres. Thankful for the wonderful team that helped today! We couldn’t have asked for better venue hosts or a nicer day! It was a perfect day to celebrate a beautiful couple. Congrats Michael and Olivia!
