✨New Year's Noon: Know Before You Go!✨
We’re so excited to celebrate our 29th annual New Year’s Noon celebration presented by Cox with you, our biggest and most joy-filled event of the year, at the Children’s Museum of Acadiana! To help you plan the perfect day, here’s what you can expect when you arrive.
Supported by our Hero Partners: Walmart, CarMax, and Guidry & Horaist Orthodontics, this year’s celebration is bigger and brighter than ever. Special thanks to our in-kind sponsors, Sky Craft and Moncus Park, for helping bring unique experiences to families across Acadiana.

Tickets: $16 per person, CMA Members 50% off, 12 months and under free
🎶 What to Expect
From the moment you arrive, the museum will be filled with energy. Enjoy live music by The Rouge Krewe, whose high-energy rhythms will keep everyone dancing and moving throughout the day. Join Sky Craft’s aerial silks and soar in the sky, and look out for the always-crowd-favorite Amazing Bacon stilt walker, who will be roaming the event and spreading smiles.
There will be games and interactive challenges available with Kiwanis of Acadiana, allowing you to win fun prizes throughout the day. All museum exhibits will be fully open for play, giving kids plenty of space to explore, build, imagine, and create.
🎊 Confetti Blast at NOON
We’ll host two confetti blasts - one indoor and one outdoor.
For children sensitive to loud noises, we recommend the indoor confetti blast, as confetti cannons will go off outside.
🍧 Food & Extras
Additional purchases will be available throughout the event, including Dip and Dabble Face Painting & Body Art by Qui, kid-friendly snacks from Nina Creole, and icy treats from Sunset Slush Acadiana
🚪 Check-In & Parking
Check-in will take place at our Taylor Street gates. Tickets can be purchased at the gate, but we strongly recommend pre-purchasing to move through check-in faster. Parking is recommended at the Vermilion Parking Tower or nearby off-street parking - please allow extra time to walk downtown.
🛍️ A Special Treat for Kids
Every child will receive a FREE New Year’s tote bag with noise makers and party hats while supplies last. Arriving early is encouraged!
