Hi All,
During this challenging time, Seb's Pizzas is serving his woodfired pizzas in Lafayette at Luna Bella Appartments community.
We are open Mo-Sat. from 11:00am - 2pm and 5-7:30pm unless bad weather.
We believe that our business model (food truck is agreat alternative to restaurants' closures. We guarantee that our process is absolutely safe. The pizzas cook in 800F degree oven (kills any potential bacteria or virus) and we never touch the food with our hands after cooking.

Feel free to join us tomorrow at the Longmont Farmers Market from 8:00 am to 1:00 pm. Viennoiseries (croissants,...), omelettes and pizzas, all baked from our new super duper pizza oven.

We are very happy to start our new 2015 catering season tomorrow. What's new? 1. The oven: we just finished building a new oven on the trailer. 2. Awning/enclosure for the trailer is finished as well. 3. I am building a multi deck wood-fired bakery oven in a small enclosed trailer that we will bring to the Boulder Farmers Market and the Louisville Street Faire. We will sell woodfired breads made out freshly milled wheat flour. We also will use the oven as an amazing Rotisserie.
4. We got accepted to the Boulder and Longmont Farmers Markets and the Louisville Street Faire and we are very exited about that!!

We are looking forward to enjoy this 2015 season with you all.

Baking some of the best bread I ever had, with the recipe of one the best French baker Sebastien Rouxel.
Process starts at 9:00 am and I started baking the breads at 3:30 pm... But what a result!!
