I opened Ras Kassa's on January 8th of 1988 at the intersection of Highway 93 and Eldorado Springs Drive. I have so many wonderful memories from that time. Our customers and community made it special and gave me a chance to start my restaurant. I am sad for the losses of my neighbors from the Marshall Fire. I hope their strength and resilience will help them rebuild their dreams.

Our loyal customers made my American dream come true. On January 8th 2022, I celebrate Ras Kassa's anniversary and the customers who made it possible, and continue to support us today. Thank you Friends! You are in my heart always. Love, Tsehay
