We have the privilege once again to serve the families at the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Northeast Indiana at Parkview Ft. Wayne. Pulled pork and pulled chicken tacos, beans, and rice.

Not everyone will know this, I lived in the RMH for almost 3 months a few years ago. Our middle son was here for over 80 days and this place was a blessing we didnt know we needed. I told the staff that we would be back to help serve meals.

Are you responsible for the family Christmas dinner? Looking for something different this year? Want to really WOW! your family and guests?
We are releasing a limited number of our double smoked hams this year. Our family secret is finally being revealed. We take a bone -in, spiral sliced ham, double smoke it over sweet sugar maple, and then glaze it with our house made ham-glaze.

They are amazing! Once they are gone-they will not be offered again until next year.

Our hams are $50 each and average 10 # which yields approx. 7 # of sliced meat plus plenty left on the bone to make the best ham and bean soup later.

The hams will be smoked, chilled and wrapped, ready for you to reheat and slice for serving. Re-heat instructions will be included. 1-1/2 -2hrs and you have an easy meal for Christmas.

Pre-ordered hams will be available for pickup on Saturday December 23rd in two locations:

For our Steuben and Branch County customers pickup will be at 1:00 in the Angola Meijer parking lot southwest corner near the gas station.

For our Lagrange and St. Joe county customers pickup will be at 4:00 in the Howe Dollar General parking lot.

Good morning everyone. It is a beautiful day in Shipshewana, Indiana today. We are set up across ftom E&S Sales next to Ben's Soft Pretzels. Today we have Al pastor tacos and let me ssy these are on fire. I am a BBQ guy so i like to riff a bit different on traditionsl recipes. These were smoked for a couple hours then we finish them over mesquite for a flavor explosion.
We slso have a marinated chicken taco cooked over mesquite. On the American side we have double patty smash burgers on brioche rolls.
Sides today are mexican rice and our green beans.

Afterwards head over to Great Lakes Coffee or Vanilla Bean Creamery.

We will be serving from 10:30-3:00 or sold out-which ever comes first.

We grilled 315 burgers (105 lbs.) and 160 hotdogs for their worship service in Ontario park.
Great worship and message to cook with.

We are set up, a cooler full of chicken is ready and you are hungry. What a coincidence. This girl has learned how to cook on a real grill today. Stop in next to Ben's Soft Pretzels and get yourself some lunch or extra for dinner. Is amazing. Grilled over hardwood from a local Shipshewana, Indiana supplier. It is a beautiful to sight.

We will be set up next to Ben's Soft Pretzels across from E&S Sales. Just look for my canopy and big ol’ BBQ Flag.
Along with your chicken grab a quick drink from Five Lakes Coffee just down the road or some of the best homemade ice cream from Vanilla Bean Creamery. Or just spend some time in Shipshewana, Indiana shopping and enjoying the sights.

Saturday the 19th we will be selling chicken 1/2’s and leg quarters as a fundraiser for these two young ladies. They are traveling to Nicaragua on a mission trip with a team from our church. They will be up on the trailer learning how to cook over a live fire. We will have plenty of chicken and some type of a side yet to be determined. This is a first for them and us. The whole reason we started this business is to be able to assist in this type of project. We hope to have more like this in the near future. Come out and support these young ladies and get a great meal as a bonus.
