Did you know we make our own fruit sauces and creamy toppings right here in our kitchen?

From day one, we believed that if we were going to serve the best ice cream around, Bliss Artisan, our toppings couldn’t be an afterthought. Every sauce is made from scratch to perfectly complement every scoop.

Our lineup includes: (starting at the top and moving right)
• Red Raspberry – smooth and seedless.
• Cherry – with a hint of almond extract to
enhance the cherry flavor.
• Strawberry – our very first sauce, perfected
with just the right balance of strawberries and
sauce.
• Blueberry – finished with a touch of cinnamon
for added depth.
• Brown Sugar Pineapple – rich, sweet, and
perfectly balanced to complement its natural
tartness.

We also make our own creamy toppings, including our Marshmallow Cream, Peanut Butter Sauce for the ultimate Fluffernutter Sundae, and our Cream Cheese Sauce to create a Cheese Cake Sundae.

Whether you build your own sundae/milkshake or choose one of our menu creations, you’ll taste the difference homemade toppings make.

Stop by Canal Creamery and create your perfect sundae or shake. We’d love to know—which topping are you trying first?

At Canal Creamery, we don’t hide behind the label “100% beef.” That claim can still include a variety of beef trimmings and offcuts. Instead, we’re proud to tell you exactly what’s in our hot dogs: they’re hand-stuffed using a premium blend of 50% beef chuck roast and 50% pork shoulder—quality cuts selected for exceptional flavor and texture. No mystery ingredients, just premium meat and honest craftsmanship made at Canal Creamery!
