What a start to 2026, during my battle with Leukemia my 20 year old son AJ stepped up and took care of Donati’s while I was in the hospital. He had to step away as a coach from LFHS Scouts Hockey to handle everything. Well, his passion, focus and attention to detail has drastically improved our quality and service. As I am focused on recovery and our bar businesses it only makes sense that we transition Donati’s over to AJ.

AJ will be taking over a business I started at 24 years old, and it couldn’t be in better hands. If you haven’t tried us in a while, come in and meet AJ, he is excited for Donati’s next chapter.

You’ll still see me at Duffer’s, Bratskis and our new bar Hatrick’s, and thank you to everyone in the community for the well wishes and support during this battle, we love our community ❤️🍕
