Brio Brio Originating in Tokyo, “BrioBrio” is a new South Orange County bakery and café (with Asian Fusion flair!). Life can be scrumptious!

We’re especially excited about introducing our unique sandwiches and delicious pastries. イタリア語の「Biro：元気、陽気、活気」という言葉と、Brio BrioのスペシャリティであるBrioche（ブリオッシュ）から命名した「Brio Brio」という名前。この名前には、私が作るパンで皆が食卓に集まって美味しく食べて元気になれるようなパンをお届けしたいとの思いを込めています。2年前に初めて来たアメリカで、近所に美味しいパン屋さんが見当たらず、フレッシュブドウから天然酵母を起こしスタートした天然酵母パン作り。この酵母をかけ継いで、毎日時間をかけてゆっくり発酵させています。パンの種類によってドライイーストの力を借りることもありますが、基本はこの天然酵母の風味を最大限に活かした個性のあるパン作りを心がけて

います。材料は、できる限り良いものを。特にブリオッシュ生地の味の決め手となるバターはオーガニックの発酵バターを使用。卵ももちろんオーガニック卵を使用しています。温め直して頂くと、この発酵バターと天然酵母の香りが相まって、なんとも言えない幸せな香りに包まれます。Brio Brioのバーガーバンズで作るハンバーガーは絶品です！ぜひお試しください。
