We grind our own beef using a house blend of short rib, chuck and brisket. Not an easy or cheap process, but the end result is the best burger you'll ever have. All meats are roasted or smoked in-house from local (when possible), hormone and antibiotic-free meat. Our fries are hand-cut and 'tater tots made in-house, both fried to order. You get it...everything we make is made fresh and in-house. F
