First and foremost, all glory and thanks to God. ❤️

Thank you to everyone who came out and supported us at Golden Hour on Friday! We had a wonderful evening meeting so many new people, sharing our desserts, and getting to be part of such a beautiful event.

A huge thank you to People’s Church for having us and giving us the opportunity to be one of the vendors. We truly appreciate it. 🩷

Friday was also my second solo event, and while I still don’t love doing them by myself… I think there are going to be a lot more in my future. 😂 The upside? James and I can now be in two places at once, which means we both get to make monies. 💸🤣

To everyone who stopped by our table, made a purchase, shared a kind word, or simply came over to say hello… thank you. Your support means more than y’all know, and we truly appreciate every single one of you.

A few days ago I was in the computer room working on labels while binge-watching a series.

James:You got mail.
Me:*Check the front door.*
Nothing.
Me:There ain’t nothing there.
James:Maybe the mailbox?
Me:I’ll check in a bit.
James:There’s something in there for you… not from me though.

Now I’m over here wondering who in the world was sending me stuff. 😂

I opened the package, and it was this shirt from Grandma Dianne. 🩷 She said she didn’t know my size, so she went one size bigger because it’s better to be too big than too small.

James looked at it and said, “Yeah… she sent you maternity clothes.” 🤣🤣🤣

Well… good. Grandma knew what was up. 😂

I wore it to yesterday’s event, and y’all… I got SO many compliments on it! 🩷 Thank you, Grandma Dianne!

Now let’s talk about this picture… 🤦🏽‍♀️😂

For the life of me, I cannot stand still for a photo. Every picture looks like I’m either about to walk away, spotted a customer, or remembered I left cookies in the oven.@🤣

If y’all know me, you know I LOVE surprises.

✨ WE’RE ALL SET UP! ✨

Well… we were outside. 🤣

The wind apparently woke up this morning looking for a fight and kept trying to wrestle our booth. 💨😂 So we packed everything up and moved inside, where our desserts are safe and our tablecloth isn’t trying to fly away.

We’re all stocked up with stuffed cookies, cookie cups, our cake jars, and plenty of sweet treats waiting for y’all! 🍪🩷

Carrot Kissed is making her 3rd appearance… apparently she started a group chat because now her sisters are coming too. 🤣🍰

People see the cookies at the market…

They don’t always see this part. 😂

Hours of printing, cutting, folding, and labeling every single product before it ever makes it to your hands.

Every cookie cup, every stuffed cookie, every cake jar… they all get their own label. Ingredients, allergens, net weight, Florida cottage food statement… yep, every single one. 😮‍💨

It’s not the glamorous side of owning a bakery, but it’s one of the most important.

So while I’m over here surrounded by stacks of pink labels with a show playing in the background to keep me company… just know every label getting placed means we’re one step closer to seeing y’all at our next event. 🩷😂

Now… if only these labels would apply themselves. 🤣🍪

🙏 First and foremost, thank You, Lord, for another successful event, for keeping us safe throughout the day.🩷🍪

A huge thank you to Wheels for Charities for giving us the opportunity to be part of their Father’s Day Car Show.

Thank you to every customer who stopped by and supported us. We got to see a few familiar faces, and it was great catching up with y’all. 😊

And for the first time ever… we won a raffle! 🤣 As all of our close friends know, James loves to grill, so somebody ended up with a pretty nice Father’s Day gift. 🥩🔥😂

Then Mother Nature decided the event had gone on long enough and absolutely drenched us about 30 minutes before closing. 🤣☔ The rain came in like it had a personal problem with us.

At this point, I’d still be surprised if my iPad, fan, and Square reader survived because for some reason the rain really wanted to give them a special touch. 😂

Thank you again to Wheels for Charity, our fellow vendors, and everyone who came out and supported the event. We appreciated every one of you and enjoyed spending the day with y’all. 🩷🍪✨
