Its gonna be hot! And I've got heirloom tomatoes- so im busting out a bunch of Caprese handpies! Fresh basil, heirloom tomatoes, fresh mozzarella and a dash of pesto- topped with basil, chopped heirlooms and a drizzle of balsamic reduction.
