Polly’s Daily Bread It has been years since I have purchased a loaf of bread at the store. I remember standing in the aisle at the supermarket and reading the list of ingredients.

Many I could not even pronounce. That's when I decided to dedicate my baking skills to the health of my family. My sourdough is made with three ingredients; flour, salt, and water. All bread is made with real ingredients and handmade by a real person. I use all organic whenever possible and at the peak of freshness.
