Want to sign and sell your books at our event?

Our second annual indie author event is taking place November 6th and 7th and we couldn’t be more excited! So many authors are flying into Lakeland for a weekend of bookish fun.

The spots are filling up quickly, but we do have a couple remaining.

If you’re interested, just let us know.

(This year we will have 15 authors, potentially 20 if we can comfortably fit everyone down E Pine St)

Coffee announcement and apology:

Our coffee hours will be shortening until further notice. Coffee can be guaranteed from 8am-3:30pm (or until the sign is lit, indicating barista is there)

Our staff has been excited to learn coffee and offering it past our normal hours. We appreciate their ambition, but this has resulted in the quality of coffee lacking in the evenings and we want Bat Brew to be represented well.

We take pride in the quality of our coffees and we apologize to those who were served coffee in the evenings by staff that were not trained or approved to serve coffee. The expectations were unclear and it was our responsibility to give them clear direction– this is not their fault.

Again, we love our staff‘s ambition and are excited for them to be trained.
