👻 A Friendly Ghost at Lake Rabun Hotel? 👻

With Halloween just around the corner, it's the perfect time to share a little mystery from the historic Lake Rabun Hotel.

Built in 1922, the hotel has welcomed generations of guests, but rumor has it that one visitor may have never quite checked out!

According to local legend, the Tallulah Room, Room 7, on the second floor, is occasionally visited by the spirit of a young brunette woman. Unlike the ghosts in scary movies, she's said to be a gentle, friendly presence.

Who was she? Why does she linger? No one seems to know. Her identity and connection to the hotel remain a mystery.

Of course, there's no proof that the Tallulah Room is actually haunted, but after more than a century of history, a good ghost story seems only fitting.

So, the next time you visit Lake Rabun Hotel, remember—you never know who might be sharing the hospitality!
