Dani and I miss you all so very much and hope you all had an amazing summer as we most definitely did. The future is so bright and we can’t wait to share it!!

But right now we have to give a huge shout out to The Grill Father fam with their pop up location right outside L&M Boutique - Poconos just two minutes up 590 from Rolly’s. If ya don’t know now ya know. Follow both of these businesses on Facebook for their hours, but most of all stop by. Support small business, shop, and grab some delicious food. These are both great families, great people, and businesses like these are such a valuable part of our community.

Again, we miss you. We have been so honored and we loved so much for the opportunity to watch your families grow with us over the last decade. God Bless you all. ❤️

WE’RE NOT GOING ANYWHERE BUT WE ARE GOING TO BE FOCUSING ON A NEW EXCITING SERVICE INDUSTRY THAT WE CAN ASURE YOU WILL LOVE… AN ADD ON, IF YOU WILL. IN ORDER TO DO THAT WE NEED THIS EQUIPMENT SOLD! SOLD! SOLD! SO WE CAN BEGIN. SO PLEASE, SHARE THIS. GET THE WORD OUT. WE ALL MISS THE PIZZA AND (if the right person, location, and to a certain extent) ROLLY MAY EVEN BE WILLING TO COACH THEM TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THEIR VENTURE AS WELL.

Many people have reached out for specific items. But we would still love to negotiate selling anything and everything we have from a fully functional and successful restaurant from silverware to ventilation systems to *ONE BUYER*. Make offers on the whole lot and let’s get this done!

Hey everyone, this is Rolly.
As many of you know Dani and I have had our hands full juggling The Speakeasy Salon, Pocono Foam, and Rolly’s Pizza & Grill.
With many emotions we have come to the decision to permanently close Rolly’s Pizza & Grill.
The end of an era.
The Speakeasy Salon and Pocono Foam will continue to be fully operational and this will allow us to focus and grow both of these businesses.
It is bittersweet to make such an announcement. Over the last 10 years we have had some amazing times and have met some amazing people that we will love, cherish, and remember forever.
We have weighed our options and have faith our community will understand that we will be pursuing after other opportunities in our life together. We are closing one door to allow others to be opened.
We have exciting plans for the future to keep our community growing and beautiful. We thank you all for being your “go to” pizzeria for the last ten years. We love you and God bless.
