It’s supposed to be triple digits today…. Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate!

Have you seen the weather/temperature predictions for the next few days? It’s going to be hot, hot, hot! Here’s a few ways to stay hydrated/cool while out on the course.

💧 Drink extra water throughout the day, even if you don’t feel thirsty. Water bottles are available in the club house and from the cart girls.

💧 Take a refillable water bottle with you. Water refill stations are on the course!

💧 Add electrolytes to your water. Gatorade is available in the club house and from the cart girls.

💧 Stay cool by wearing light weight clothing…. Don’t forget a hat for the course!

💧 Eat fresh cool foods like salads and fruits. We’ll see you in the club house for lunch after you finish playing.

💧 Avoid excessive caffeine/alcohol as they can make dehydration worse.

Have fun out there and be safe in this heat!

Patio is still open for business during this time. Inside dining will be unavailable from 1:00PM-7:00PM!

IMPORTANT!!!! On Thursday, July 9, both dining rooms at The Den at Fox Hollow will be closed from 1:00PM-7:00PM for a private event. During this time, we will only have patio seating available.
