WE’RE BACK!!! Yes we had to make some changes but nothing will take us out. The biggest of the changes is the move to TEXAS. While the restaurant is closed the trailer still goes on and so does the SAUCE!! New batch available now…

Hard working, food knowledgeable person wanted to work fast paced food concession. Must be able to work outside and on your feet for hours. Food handlers card a plus but not required. Work would be Sat Aug 21- Mon Aug 23. Hours would be 7am-3pm ish. Cash tips paid out daily. Hourly paid at end of weekend.

Help needed for fast paced food concession. Temporary position for Sun Aug 22 and Mon Aug 23. With possibility of future events in month of Sept. Cash tips paid daily. Hourly paid at end of each event. Food handlers card a plus but not required, just some food experience. Hours for this event are 8-4ish

People needed for fast paced rodeo concession stand. Food experience required. Must be able to withstand hot temperatures, fast paced and on your feet for hours on end. This is a job for the entire week of Rodeo June 28-July 4th. Mon-Fri is evenings approx 5 hours a day. Saturday is all day and evening Sunday is all day and includes help in cleanup. Tips paid out daily at end of shift, hourly paid out at end of week upon completion of all shifts.

Good evening... I want to send a HUGE thank you to all who have supported us over the last year. It’s with a very heavy heart that I have to say our restaurant location has not been able to survive COVID. However, our trailer is still around and available for caterings and look for us at upcoming local events.

Good morning to the first week of a new year. With that new year is bringing some changes to our hours. Beginning this week we will be closed on Wednesday and will open at 10am on Saturday and Sunday. Come see us soon!!!

It’s close to Turkey Day and while we all travel to our family, our smoker gets to travel too. Be assured same great food and same hours. Trailer will be back on Tuesday.
