We absolutely love being a part of your birthdays, weddings, baby showers, and celebrations. But we have one small favor to ask…
Please pick up your order at the time you requested. 😊
When an order is scheduled for pickup, that time is reserved specifically for you! Our days are carefully planned around baking schedules, decorating deadlines, consultations, deliveries, and other customer pickups. When clients arrive hours after their scheduled time without communication, it can create challenges for our team and affect the flow of our day.
Starting immediately, orders not picked up within 30 minutes of the scheduled pickup time may incur a $25 late pickup fee if we have not received communication regarding the delay.
Now, before anyone panics, we know life happens. Traffic happens. Kids happen. Flat tires happen. We completely understand! All we ask is that you send us a quick text or call to let us know you’re running behind. Communication goes a long way, and we’re always happy to work with you when we can.
After all, our cakes arrive on time, and we’d love for their owners to do the same!!! 😉
