A great look at our transition back to a private club, our owners’ vision, and the exciting investments being made to continue improving the club for our members. We’re just getting started!

Fox Valley Country Club in Lancaster has reported a total of $4 million invested into the course and facilities by owners and Clarence natives, Ravi, Nitin, and Rohan Bansal, breathing new life into an establishment that was — only a short time ago — facing an uncertain future.

“I could afford it, and they were my friends,” Ravi said, discussing the shift in 50% ownership from the Barrons — absorbed by his sons at 25% each — officially making Fox Valley Country Club a family enterprise. “I’ve been a member here for a long time, and I love this place. It’s very close to where I live in Spaulding Lake. I’m not a great golfer or anything, but I enjoy golfing.”

The roughly 6,600 yards of fairways, the pool and pool house, tennis courts, and the iconic hilltop clubhouse fell into disrepair after the club’s purchase by a Hong Kong-based investment and real estate company, C-Bon’s International Golf Group, in 2014. In 2021, the club was then listed for sale by the group and purchased by Ravi, along with brothers and trades professionals, Paul and James Barron, before its full acquisition by Ravi and his sons in 2024.

After returning to a private course status in 2025, the club has doubled its membership in only two seasons.
