Hello, I just needed to let as many people possible know that Stripe processing service are complete scammers. As everyone knows I closed my restaurant to dedicate my life to my non-profit, Wild Roots Sanctuary. Upon closing The Rise I had a liquidation sale in order to raise funds to get me by in order to go full force saving animals. After sending in all required IRS forms and Tax exempt forms verifying my legitimate business Stripe has proceeded to mark my sale as a "high risk" and not give me the money I made from the sale. After trying to contact Stripe ,which has no customer service phone number I've sent numerous emails trying to figure out what I need to do to get the money I made from the sale. They sent me a policy letter and a public article. After reviewing these documents and finding that my business is indeed not on their "high risk" criteria they still refuse to tell me why they are not giving me the money. So as of right now, Stripe is "stating they are going to give everyone that made a credit card purchase as my sale a refund. What's weird is that when I asked what kind of proof they are going to provide showing me they are actually giving refunds, I received no response. This is so sad. I just gave away all of my valuable assets in order to save animals and now I am not getting anything from the sale. Who are these people? How can they get away with this? BEWARE!!!
