Hoiana Café will be closed on Saturday, July 4th and Sunday, July 5th so our team can enjoy the holiday weekend with their families.

We will reopen on Monday, July 6th and look forward to serving you again with your favorite phở, bánh mì, Vietnamese coffee, and boba! ☕🍜🥖🧋

☀️ Due to the extreme heat, our A/C unit overheated yesterday.

While we wait for our A/C technician to complete the repairs, Hoiana Café will offer dine-in service until 1:00 PM today. After 1:00 PM, we will be open for pickup and delivery only.

Do you remember Freddy Hill Farms? ❤️🍦

Like so many others, we were heartbroken when they closed. Our family has so many great memories there, and we know we’re not alone.

As we get ready to add ice cream to the menu at Hoiana Café, we’ve been thinking… how amazing would it be to serve ice cream inspired by the flavors we all grew up loving from Freddy Hill Farms?

Does anyone know how we could get in touch with the Seipt family - the former owners of Freddy Hill Farms? We’d love the opportunity to talk with them.

We can’t stop smiling. 🥹❤️

This made our day…

🌙 One customer placed an order at 11:13 PM before going to bed, scheduling it for pickup first thing when we opened.

🌅 Then, a different customer woke up at 5:58 AM and scheduled another order.

Knowing that people are thinking about Hoiana Café before they go to sleep and craving our food when they wake up is something we never take for granted.

We are beyond grateful for every single one of you. Thank you for supporting our little family business! ❤️🍜🥖🧋

El Silverado in North Wales is closing.

There have been many comments in local community Facebook groups about why they might be closing. Whether those comments are accurate or not, seeing another local restaurant close is heartbreaking.

As a new restaurant owner, news like this makes me nervous. Running a small business is challenging, and every customer experience matters.

If you’ve visited Hoiana Café, we’d love to hear from you. If you had a great experience, we’d be incredibly grateful if you could leave us a Google review so others can discover our café. If your experience wasn’t perfect, please send us a message instead. ❤️ Happy Father’s Day to my husband — the best father I know. ❤️

I am so grateful for the life he has helped create for me and our kids.

When I dreamed of opening a restaurant, he made a huge sacrifice. He left a six-figure corporate job to help me chase my dream. It wasn’t his dream job, but he learned how to cook, worked countless hours, and showed up every day with a smile because he believed in me, our family, and our future.

Behind every late night, every challenge, and every success at Hoiana Café, there is a husband and father who quietly works hard and always puts his family first.
