To Our Mid-Michigan Community:
Many of you have seen the recent communication from the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services regarding a foodborne illness investigation involving salad greens.

While no specific supplier or product has been identified, we believe transparency matters.

Effective immediately, and out of an abundance of caution, One North has temporarily transitioned to sourcing only premium whole heads of lettuce. Our team removes and discards the outer leaves, then thoroughly rinses and prepares the remaining greens fresh in-house before they're served to our guests.

We'll continue monitoring updates from MDHHS every day and will adjust our procedures as new information becomes available.

Taking care of our guests has always been our highest priority. When you choose to spend time around our tables with your family and friends, that trust means everything to us. We're committed to earning it every single day. Thank you for your continued support, your questions and your trust in One North.
