That’s a wrap on our 2026 wedding season! 💍🤍

We had the pleasure of closing out our wedding season celebrating one of our special couples. Congratulations to Mr. & Mrs. McNaught!🥂

For cocktail hour, we served fresh bruschetta and BBQ meatballs, followed by a delicious dinner featuring smoked pulled pork, herb-crusted chicken with our signature Boursin cream sauce, garlic-herb mashed potatoes, four-cheese mac & cheese, and corncake!

We are so grateful to every couple who trusted Smokeshow Catering to be a part of their special day this season. From helping bring your menu visions to life to serving your guests on the big day, it’s been an incredible season filled with amazing couples, unforgettable celebrations, and plenty of great food!

Thanksgiving is right around the corner🦃! We are now accepting orders until November 16th. Relax and enjoy the company, we’ll take care of the rest! 🥂

Small Package (feeds 4-8) $135
Large Package (feeds 10-15) $250

Packages will include smoked turkey, Boursin mashed potatoes, holiday stuffing, Mac & cheese and green bean casserole, and dinner rolls. All orders will be served cold with reheating instructions.

We’ve been a little quiet on here lately, and for good reason… we’ve been busy! 🤍

Our busy season has been in full swing and we’ve been lucky enough to spend so many weekends celebrating with amazing couples and their families. 💒

Here’s a little look at a beautiful wedding we had the pleasure of catering recently at the stunning Charlevoix Yacht Club! Cocktail hour included beef sliders and caprese skewers with a balsamic glaze. For dinner, our team served prime rib with au jus, herb-crusted chicken with a Boursin cream sauce, four cheese mac & cheese, Boursin mashed potatoes, and house salad.

Creating a beautiful charcuterie display is about so much more than placing ingredients on a board. Every color, texture, shape, and flavor is intentionally selected and arranged to create a display that's as visually stunning as it is delicious. Depending on the size, our displays can take up to 3 hours to assemble.

Every detail was designed to complement a day full of sunshine, waterfront views, and unforgettable moments. Cheers to the newlyweds!🥂🎉

It was truly a pleasure working with the both of you over the past year and watching your wedding day come to life.
