Start your morning with a fresh cup of coffee and a hearty breakfast as you watch the fog rise in the Gorge. When the sun goes down, join us for a mouthwatering burger, a juicy steak, or the best BBQ in West Virginia. Looking to host a wedding or private party? Talk to us about booking Smokey’s as an all-in-one caterer and event venue! Smokey’s is named after the late Dana “Smokey” Morton, who was a former bus driver who shuttled adventures to and from the river. A notable figure in Adventures on the Gorge’s history, Smokey is still remembered for his big smile, handlebar mustache, and warm spirit–the latter of which we strive to keep alive for everyone who walks through the restaurant’s doors.
