Fresco Friends and Family-
We wanted to take a moment to update you on the status of reopening Fresco. Like most of our community, we have been directly impacted by the rising costs of everyday life. During our seasonal hiatus we had the chance to regroup and assess what the future of Fresco looks like. It is with heavy hearts that we have decided that we will not fully re-open at this time. Simply put; we can not continue to absorb the increase in operating costs and we don’t feel right continually raising prices to pass those costs on to our customers.
We are hopeful that this may change in the future and are looking for any opportunity that allows this door to remain open. We are currently strategizing how we can move forward offering our Fresco at Home to-go options, catering, and special events at our Jefferson Ave location. Stay tuned for more details in the near future.
We thank all of our patrons, friends, and family for their support over the years. You’ve truly made Fresco a special chapter in our lives.
