Monthly roast day is almost here. ☕️🔥
We’re getting ready for our next fresh roast batch, including this bold Sumatra Mandheling — packed with deep chocolate malt notes, heavy body, and that rich earthy finish we love so much.

If you’d like to reserve a bag, send us a DM before the roast is gone. We roast in limited quantities to keep everything fresh. 🤠

And this is only the beginning… once our new location opens, we plan on bringing our full coffee lineup with even more origins, blends, and exclusive roasts to the shelves.

A few days ago, we teased that something new was coming…
Now it’s time to say a little more. 👀

The next Dark Rock Coffee location is officially coming to NORTH LAREDO. 🤠☕️⚡️
And yes… we’re headed to McPherson Rd.

Construction will be starting very soon, and honestly, we still can’t believe we get to say that.

What started as a small kiosk and a crazy dream is becoming something so much bigger than we ever imagined.
More atmosphere.
More creativity.
More experiences.
More Dark Rock.
